I wish I knew the secret to blogging more often. I can't say I don't have the time since we all have 24 hours in a day. We are all given the same amount of time in which to do our tasks. I can say my days have been full of working late hours to prepare from some major upgrades at work, cleaning my too big of a house, taking care of the kids and doing errands. I admit probably some of that time is texting or doing email. I have to have SOME down time. Soooo I guess my blogging, which should be near the top of the list, has dropped down to the bottom of the list. And every time I think about this I feel guilty. Then I feel guilty I'm not cleaning the house. I swear I can not relax. I feel like I need to be doing something constructive with my time every waking hour of my day or I feel like I'm not doing enough. And I feel bad for not scrapbooking, or cleaning my scrapbook room, or listing the old toys we promised to sell on ebay or craigslist, and what about working out, and the list goes on.

So that is what has been rattling around in my mind. Scary isn't it?

Joe and I have been talking about looking in a few years at a home in the country. We love our town we are in now, but we miss the country so much. Sometimes when we are driving out in the country I feel like crying. It's just so serene and peaceful. I would feel so bad ripping my kids out of the school and away from their friends. I understand how that feels. My parents ripped me out of the city and from a school where I was in the third grade and knew most everyone and put me in the middle of 5 acres and virtually no neighbors to play with. I resented them pretty much until I became an adult and realized it was probably the best move for me, but I wasn't old enough to appreciate that. It's funny what you appreciate as an adult that you didn't as a child.

Thanksgiving was nice. We went to our neighbor's again and had a nice dinner. The boys were very well behaved and ate a good dinner.

Boys have been good lately. Both are into beyblades, bakugan and pokeman. Justin is already playing Joey's DS. Christmas should be fun for the boys this year.

I had the first tree up the first week of November and had family photos done with my parents visited in late October.

For Halloween Justin was batman. I got a great costume off freecycle! Joey was obi-wan kenobi again. We told the boys if they used an old costume that they could get a beyblade since it would save us money. Both boys agreed that they would just want a new beyblade so Joey recycled his costume. Justin was going to be a transformer until I got the free costume from freecycle and he was very happy to be Batman.

We went to Scare on the Square this year downtown. The boys walked from business to business getting candy. They seemed to have a nice time.

We had all the house decorated for Christmas before Thanksgiving this year. Joe has mentioned a few times he's really in the Christmas mood this year. I've been listening to Christmas music since Nov 1st as well. I love this time of the year!

New Scam - do NOT fall for it!

This is a first. Got a phone call from a 'Microsoft support person' (with a hidden number) that they have reports that my pc is downloading malicious software and they want me to get on my pc and fix it.

OK - yeah fricking right!!! What do they think I am? STUPID? Hell no you are not touching my pc! I wonder how many people actually fall for this scam?!

According to this URL (below)- from Microsoft's forums it IS a scam and they most likely want your activation code or will install malicious software on your pc. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. HANG UP!!

Microsoft will not call you out of the blue for this. Banks will not call you out of the blue to get updated account information. If you didn't initiate a call - it's a scam!!

Am I being Scammed?
